A Supplier Quality Engineer on a 12 Month Contract, is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Roscommon based client. Excellent opportunity for the correct candidate. THE ROLE: * Disposition of Raw Material/Component Non-conforming Material Reports and Liaising with the Manufacturing and Quality Engineers, in assessing and addressing material quality issues. * Issuing of Supplier Corrective Action Reports and working with suppliers on Root Cause Investigations and corrective action. * e.Planning, Execution and reporting of Supplier Audits. * Maintaining Approved Supplier List. * Tracking Supplier Quality Performance and Reporting to Management and Suppliers. * Coordination of IV'RB activities to ensure timely assessment of nonconforming products. * Support suppliers in quality related activities, e.g. validation. * Other duties may be assigned as required, e.g. managing pest control programme. REQUIREMENTS: * A Level 8 Degree Qualification in Quality Assurance or related discipline is desired for this position. * 2-3 years experience in Supplier quality management. * Medical Devices experience is an added advantage. * Excellent personality and strong communication skills.
