Junior Sales/Inside Sales Rep

As a sales team member you will be calling on business owners and private individuals to consult and recommend on all best woodworking machines, tools and accessories that meet their needs/requirements. You will be pro-active and KPI driven all the while providing excellent customer service. You will build new relationships while managing current accounts. You will be resourceful, adaptable and resilient. You will also have an opportunity to learn, travel to company headquarters abroad for training and progress/advance through hard work and determination. Candidate Requirements: Field Sales Experience/ Internal Sales experience/ Telesales. Based in Roscommon/Longford/Westmeath. Construction Industry knowledge/ Tool or plant knowledge desirable but not essential. B2B and B2C. Ability to acquire product knowledge quickly and accurately. Enthusiastic - Self Motivated. Customer Service. Establish new business - targeted sales strategy. Maintaining accurate records - CRM system knowledge. Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings. Reviewing sales performance. Strong negotiation skills. Plan, Pipeline, Forecast and achieve KPIs. Demonstrating and presenting products. Full License. Be eligible to work in Rep of Ireland. Qualifications: Business qualification desirable but not essential. Must be eligible to work in Rep of Ireland** Full clean license essential.
