What you need to know. You will work as a Finance Manager for our client, a highly successful US Company in Co. Westmeath . As the Finance Manager , you will be responsible for analysing every day financial activities and subsequently providing advice and guidance to management on future financial plans. You will be responsible for finance support for international plants and the consolidation of month end data and management reporting. This is a permanent job. Your new job. Key duties & responsibilities: Consolidation of month-end and management reporting. Forecasting for plants. Month-end close process for international plants. Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take. Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities. Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met. Provide support to the cost roll process. Main point of contact for the International Finance team. Analyse monthly CIP data. Support ad-hoc projects including. What are we looking for? Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMPA or CPA. At least 4-5 years’ work experience within a manufacturing background. Experience working in a global manufacturing environment is advantageous. Cost Accounting knowledge desirable. Knowledge of business intelligence analytics such as Tableau would be favoured. Proficient in MS Office. Ability to work on own initiative in a fast-paced environment.
