My client is looking to recruit a Senior Food & Beverage Manager to ensure the smooth running of its Food and Beverage Department, namely overseeing the Banqueting, Restaurant & Bar Operations. The successful candidate will: • Ensure teamwork with other team players within the organisation delivering excellent customer service. • Have experience within a 4* Hotel environment. • Have a minimum of two to three years as a Food and Beverage Manager, with a stable track record. • Have the ability to lead and drive line managers, motivate and train your team in all F&B related goals. • Carry Duty Management Shifts as a senior member of the hotel's management team. • Ensure Forecast, Revenue and Cost effective management of the department as a whole.
