Requirements: The candidate should possess excellent communication skills; hold a degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.In addition the candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience of designing mechanical services installations preferably in the healthcare, educational and commercial office sectors, hold a current full driving licence and have own transport. Preference: Preference will be given to candidates fulfilling the above requirements and who are working towards chartership and or can demonstrate a working experience of BIM using Revit software within the relevant field.
