SOUS CHEF 4* Boutique Hotel. We are seeking a Sous chef for an exclusive 4**** Hotel in North Midlands. This is a busy establishment that serves a mix of Lounge Food, Restaurant & Weddings. The restaurant is guide listed and is operated under a skilled Head Chef- Style is modern contemporary to 2 AA Rosette standards. Ideally you will have experience in Fine Dining and well as contributing to the banqueting area. Prerequisites for this role Include: Previous Sous chef Experience in Restaurants/ 4*/5*Hotels. Must have hotel/restaurant volume exp. Can help develop and introduce new menus and recipe’s. Has flair and imagination. Has good portion and cost control. Fully aware and compliant in Food Safety and HACCP Food Management Systems. Can deputise for the Head Chef in their days off-strong Kitchen Management is essential. Can would a rota of 5/7 days per week. Car would be an advantage for this role. This role is for IMMEDIATE interview and IMMEDIATE START. Salary 38K/Neg.
