A Senior Project_Process Engineer is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our client based in County Roscommon. This role will report into a Business Unit Engineering Manager and will provide manufacturing support over a range of manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will lead process improvement initiatives to improve cost and increase efficiency. Please contact Tom Devaney for more information. THE ROLE: * Manage and lead New Product Introduction Projects. * Oversee and manage manufacturing support over a range of Manufacturing Processes. * Introduce new processes to the plant. * Complete Process and Product Validations, and implement product, process and material changes through validation, change control & documentation updates. * Complete data analysis. * Liaise with Customers daily. REQUIREMENTS: * Degree in a related Engineering Discipline. * Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role in a regulated environment, such as the Medical, Packaging or Technological industries with experience of process validations. * New Product Introduction and Project experience. * Must have experienced in Lean Six Sigma.
