What you need to know. You will work as a Process Engineer and will work for our Pharmaceutical client based in Co. Galway. You will be part of the process improvement and operational excellence programme and will report to the Production Manager and you will play an integral part in implementation and support. Reviewing and approving BOM's (PVC, FOIL and Outers. Reviewing launch paper work and updates. Calibration of equipment. Morning walks and recording of downtime per shift, Issues on the production lines, output per lines in packs produced, Remaining time to complete batch etc. Develop and update visual displays of equipment efficiencies. Preparation of SOP and PQ documentation. Update daily and weekly reports relating to output and downtime. Communicate and liaise with other departments for batch updates (R&D. Work as part of a cross-functional team on change control and deviation management process and execute as required. What are we looking for? Desirable: BEng in Science/Engineering or related discipline. 2-3 years’ experience ideally in an engineering environment. Experience in cGMP Manufacturing or Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical/Medical Device environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
