Relief contract on "if and when required" basis.  Overall Purpose of Job. You will be responsible for assisting with all restaurant and kitchen duties in the preparation and serving of meals. Liaison. Close liaison is required with Duty Manager, Chef on duty, other Cuisle staff and members for the successful implementation of this position.   Main Duties and Responsibilities. To serve meals (breakfasts, lunches, evening meals) in restaurant or bar area and reset for the next meal or function. To assist with washing up and ensuring strict hygiene standards are maintained with regard to all areas after each service. To assist the Chef on duty with food preparation as outlined by him/her. To maintain standards in food preparation according to specified HACCP procedures. To ensure a high standard of personal hygiene at all times. To observe all safety rules and procedures. To perform such other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Duty Manager. To assist with Cuisle/IWA fundraising activities. PERSON SPECIFICATION. Training, Experience and Qualifications.  Previous restaurant/ kitchen experience is highly desirable for this role. Previous experience of working with people with disabilities is desirable. Knowledge of HACCP procedures is desirable. Knowledge and Skills. The ability to work as part of a team. Fluent English speaker. Behaviours.
