The Hodson Bay Hotel are recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join the Restaurant Team. The ideal candidate should be energetic, customer focused and should possess excellent communication skills. They should have the ability to work well under pressure. Key Responsibilities. To carry out all supervisory duties as per the agreed standards. To take control and responsibility for the hotel`s 2 restaurants in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. To assist and carry out training as required. To be responsible for the day to day queries, complaints and issues that arise in the restaurants. The ideal candidate will possess the following. At least 1/2 years experience in a 4* hotel working as a Food and Beverage Supervisor/Manager. Excellent Customer Service & Communication Skills. Be an excellent Team Leader. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with a flexible approach to work.
